Q:How do I pay for an order?  

A:To pay for your order on Ghairs mall, follow the steps below:

1) Select the order and click the "Buy Now" button

2)Write down your address and choose paypal payment method on the checkout page
 

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept the following payment methods:

Credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Paypal and American Express.

Interac: You can pay for your order online.please note that the card holder must have access to online banking.


Q: Can the hair be colored or dyed?

A: Yes, our hair is 100% unprocessed human virgin hair, you can colored it or dyed it. However, it will no longer be virgin once you color or process the hair. We suggest you consult a professional if you wish color your new hair.


Q: Can the hair be straighted or curled?

A: Yes, it's as your own, you can curl and atraighten the hair as desired. Note-the hair may loose some of te curl pattern with conatant blow dryer.


Q: How much hair do i need to order?

A: For a full sew in weave we recommend buying 3-4 pieces of hair. 


Q: How can I track my order?

A: Here is how track your order:

Go to Fedex or DHL offical website, put in your tracking number we provided once your item(s) have been shipped. You cannot track your order before it has been shipped.

If you don’t know what your  tracking number is or if you’re having difficulty tracking your package, feel free to contact us for assistance, click PINK BUTTOM RIGHT to send us messages.



Q:I can't track my order using the tracking number provided. What can I do?

A:If you can't track your order using the tracking number provided:

1. Please contact the supplier to confirm whether they have provided you with the correct tracking number. Please also check if they have changed the shipping information. You can chat with us or click PINK BUTTOM RIGHTto send us messages.

2. Please contact the shipping company to confirm if the order was dispatched. Sometimes shipping companies take 1-2 days to update new delivery information on their website.



Q:What if I forget my password?

A:We can quickly email you a link to reset your password. Click here to go to the log-in page and then click "Reset Password".


Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Normally the package can be delivered with 3-7days, The length of time in which you receive your order will depend on many factors such as the shipping method as well as the location of the shipping address. Remote area will cost longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a  tracking number by email, enabling you to track your order.
